Once you're a member, you will be provided with a complete fee schedule with discounted fees for many common dental procedures. Other procedures discounted under the GE Wellness Plan offer savings similar to the sample above. Discounts vary by state, so please refer to your membership kit or ask your participating provider for specific details.
